What is your minimum order?
All stock and non-stock items have a minimum order quantity by smallest sellable unit. All custom items do not have a minimum order, unless determined by the manufacturer.

How quickly can I expect to receive my products?
All stock products ordered prior to 1:00 pm can be UPS’ed on the same day. All stock products deliveries via ASAP truck can be made within 1-2 business days inside our local delivery area.

Do you accept returns?
Stock items may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. All stock item returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return. Custom items may not be returned for credit. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If this occurs, please contact ASAP or your associated sales representative as soon as possible. All damaged/defective products must be reported within 5 business day of receipt.

Can I request samples of products?
Most products are available to sample. Please contact ASAP or your associated sales representative for more details.

What are your credit terms?
Depending upon prior business and credit worthiness, we will extend credit on a specific basis for each individual company.

What forms of payment do you accept?
ASAP accepts the following forms of payment: ASAP Account (net 30), subject to credit approval, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, & Debit Cards. Personal or Corporate Checks, Money Orders or Cashier’s checks, Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) or Wire Transfer, ACH and C.O.D payments.
