Vendor-Managed Inventory (VIM)
Through our VIM system, ASAP helps customers experience cost-saving supply chain efficiencies. By determining each customer’s current needs and inventory usage, we consolidate inventory items and formulate patterns of usage to better predict future needs, delivering just the supplies they need right when they need them. ASAP can even assign an associated sales rep to take a physical inventory and produce suggested purchase orders for the customer on a weekly or monthly basis.

Cellulose Wadding

Cellulose wadding is commonly used as a packaging cushion for metal parts and tools, and absorbs many oils and liquids that are left on metal products after they are manufactured. This multi-layer cushion is soft and non-abrasive for finished products and is available in many different sizes and thicknesses.

Static Shielding Poly Bags

Static Shielding Poly Bags protect your products from external electric energy and reduce static build up for electronic components, providing the best way to ship your electronic products. Available in both lay-flat and reclosable options, they are typically produced with 3 mil translucent metallic material that allows for easy product identification.

Dry Coat™ (Rust Prevention)

Dry Coat™ Rust Preventative is a water-based liquid RP for ferrous metals and represents a significant advancement in corrosion prevention technology. It can be applied by dip, spray, or flowcoating. Dry Coat™ is a user-friendly replacement for solvent and oil-based corrosion inhibitors, it is also environmentally-friendly and safe drains and sewer systems. At ambient conditions, this clear protective coating will dry-to-touch within 30 minutes.

Unlike sticky or tacky products, Dry Coat™ does not attract dirt or dust on metal parts. It is safe to use on ferrous metals and stainless steel and will not harm most elastomers or plastics. Its safety features extend to people too! Dry Coat™ is non-hazardous and easily washes off using mild detergents or common metal.

Metal Rescue™ (Rust Removal)

Metal Rescue™ Rust Remover Bath is your clean, safe and easy solution to removing rust from iron and steel. Metal Rescue™ utilizes a unique and selective chelating agent to remove rust (iron oxide) without posing any health, safety or environment concerns. Metal Rescue is safe on everything except rust!

Armor Shield™ (Foam Emitters)

ARMOR API Foam Emitters are polyester pads that are impregnated with ARMOR Global VCI technology. These pads can be used as emitters or as cushioning for sensitive products. Our SHIELD products line is a comprehensive collection of innovative and practical methods for delivering corrosion protection to your parts. All SHIELD products can be customized to meet even the most demanding specifications.

ARMOR MPI Foam Emitters are ideal for small parts which need cushioning as well as VCI protection. Stock foam emitters are 10 inch x 10 inch x 1/4 inch thick pad and protect up to 8 cubic feet per pad.

ARMOR MPI Foam Emitters save time and money compared to wrapping methods or other RPs. They are easy to use and no preparation is needed.
